Stay on top of your ZenHealth orders with ease. Whether you’re managing supplements on a 30-day cycle or pharmaceuticals on a 25-day schedule, this guide details how to track your orders, adjust your subscription details, and get support whenever you need it.
Tracking Your Order

Supplement Orders
- All supplement subscriptions will ship together, and auto-renew every 30 days. If you choose to add a subscription to your account, your order will be shipped on the next auto-renewal date. To check the status of your order, log in to your portal and navigate to the 'Orders & Subscriptions' section. The renewal date indicated refers to the earliest upcoming order.

Pharmaceutical Orders
- Pharmaceuticals follow a 25-day renewal schedule and require a clinician’s prescription. Status updates are available in the “Orders & Subscriptions” section of the portal. Completing recurring retests is required to ensure uninterrupted access to your prescriptions due to regulatory and health safety measures.

Changing Renewal Dates
- Members can alter the renewal date for all products simultaneously in their portal. Toggle to ‘Orders and Subscriptions' > 'Subscriptions' to alter an order.

Skipping Shipments
- For individual products, you have the option to skip a month’s subscription. This can be done from the 'Orders & Subscriptions' section of your portal when logged into your ZenHealth account.

Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel an individual subscription or membership through the portal when logged into your account. Navigate to the dashboard section of your portal after logging into your ZenHealth account, and select "Orders & Subscriptions" to make changes.

Add Supplement Subscriptions
- Add new supplement subscriptions to your account by navigating to the products section of mylifeforce.com or from your portal when logged into your account.

Add Pharmaceutical Subscriptions
- Pharmaceutical subscriptions are available for purchase, only if recommended by your clinician, following your blood draw and telehealth appointment. Recommended products will auto-populate in your cart following your telehealth appointment when logged into your account.

Pharmaceutical Changes to Dosing
- As you complete retests throughout your ZenHealth journey, your clinician may recommend a change to dosing for a specific product. In the event of a change, your clinician will advise you on any immediate changes to the way you administer the product during your telehealth appointment. Any updates to your existing subscription will be implemented at the next subscription renewal date for that product, and will not refill immediately. Any short-term adjustments that need to be made before the next renewal will be addressed by your clinician during, or following your telehealth appointment.

Assistance with RX Renewals
- To request changes to pharmaceutical subscriptions, contact the member concierge team for support. Regulatory reasons prevent RX date changes, but cancellations are permitted through the portal.

Supplements
- Supplement orders are fulfilled within 1-3 business days of purchase, and delivered within 5-7 business days.

Pharmaceuticals (Rx)
- Given the regulated nature of pharmaceutical products, they will ship separately from supplement products, and within 7-10 business days of purchase.
