As of July 1, 2024, members will have the opportunity to book a call with their Health Coach after every Telehealth clinician visit.
Members are eligible for 1 call per quarter following their TH appointment, but can otherwise contact their coach, via email or SMS, anytime.
In between calls a coach will proactively reach out via email and SMS for a mid-point checkin. This ensures regular, personalized support tailored to your current health status and goals.
Coaches aim to respond to email/SMS within 48 business hours.
