Sign Into Your Portal
- Begin by logging into your ZenHealth portal, your central hub for appointment details and subsequent actions.
Download Your Requisition
- When logged into your ZenHealth portal, you'll find a prompt titled 'Upcoming Blood Draw – Download Lab Requisition' on the main page. Click to download your requisition. As an alternative, your requisition is also accessible via the 'Appointments' menu.
